Focus: Employer branding
Tractable, a virtual AI for accident and disaster recovery, contacted Woolly to make a video that would put the three founders centre-stage to communicate their employer proposition to prospective recruits. Having recently achieved a $1bn valuation, Tractable felt that they needed to refresh their proposition to those who may believe that the company was now too large to have a significant impact. This, of course, couldn't be further from the truth. This video outlined not only a general proposition, but included specific messaging to highlight the opportunities across multiple parts of the company.
